For the sum of the matrix pseudodifferential operator \(A\) with elliptic principal minors and the matrix singular Green operator \(B\), acting in Sobolev spaces: \[ A_ \Omega+B: \bigoplus_{k=1}^ N H^{M_ k+\rho}(\overline {\Omega})\longrightarrow \bigoplus_{k=1}^ N H^{m_ k+\rho}(\overline {\Omega}) \] there exists a block-diagonal operator \(\Lambda_ \Omega+\Gamma\), similar to the original one, i.e., so the operators \(A_ \Omega+B\) and \(\Lambda_ \Omega+\Gamma\) are connected by the equality \(A_ \Omega+B=W^{-1} (\Lambda_ \Omega+\Gamma)W\).
