    Es sei \(M_ n(F)\) die Algebra der \(n\)-reihigen Matrizen über \(F\). Der Verf. untersucht Unteralgebren \(X\) von \(M_ n(F)\), die eine Matrix \(A\) mit \(n\) verschiedenen Eigenwerten enthalten. Er zeigt, daß sich \(X\) bis auf Ähnlichkeit graphentheoretisch bestimmen läßt. \(X\) läßt sich durch \(A\) und eine \((0,1)\)-Matrix erzeugen.
