The already unified theory of Rainich (1925), Misner and Wheeler (1957) (RMW) provides a geometrization of source-free Einstein-Maxwell spacetimes within the frame-work of Riemannian geometry. The purpose of the paper is to apply a reformulation of RMW theory in terms of a bundle of biframes developed by the author and Norris (1990) to the coupled Einstein-Maxwell equations associated with a charged perfect fluid spacetime. The standard case is generalized to consider a charged perfect fluid of ``dyons'' (a fluid consisting of particles which carry both electric and magnetic charge). It is shown that physical quantities such as Maxwell field strength, mass-energy density, pressure, electric and magnetic charge to mass ratios are constructible from the metric \(g\), the difference form \(K\), and their derivatives.
