On the stable derivation algebra associated with some braid groups (Q1802778): Difference between revisions

Let \({\mathcal D}_ n\) be the graded derivation algebra of the ``\(S_ n\)- invariant special'' derivations of the graded Lie algebra associated with the lower central series of the pure sphere braid group on \(n\)-strings. These Lie algebras \({\mathcal D}_ n\) are introduced to study some big \(\ell\)-adic Galois representations arising from the pro-\(\ell\) fundamental groups of certain configuration spaces. In this paper, it is shown that these Galois representations have certain stability properties with respect to \(n\geq 5\), by showing that the natural homomorphisms \({\mathcal D}_ n\to {\mathcal D}_{n+1}\) give bijections for \(n\geq 5\).
