Using a conditioned white-noise process, the author constructs the Yang- Mills measure over \(S^ 2\) and studies the parallel translation under this measure by using stochastic differential equations. Expectation values of a broad class of Wilson loop configurations are determined explicitly, and their invariance under area-preserving diffeomorphisms of the sphere is shown.
