The author proves the following: Theorem. Let \(R_ j(w)\) \((j=1,2)\) be non-constant rational functions having at most two poles at \(w=0\) and \(w=\infty\). Then \[ F(z)=(z+R_ 1(e^ z))\circ(z+R_ 2(e^ z)) \] is uniquely factorizable.
