An existence theorem for the time dependent differential inclusion \(x'(t) \in-A_ t (x(t))+F(t,x(t))\), \(0 \leq t \leq T\) is proved. It is assumed that \(A_ t\), \(t \in I\), is an \(m\)-accretive operator on a Banach space which satisfies some technical assumptions and \(F\) is a set-valued map which is measurable and lower semicontinuous in \(x\) with nonconvex values.
