Let \(G\) be a complex semisimple Lie group and \(X\) its flag variety. Let \(B\) be a Borel subgroup of \(G\). \textit{A. Joseph} [Invent. Math. 67, 423-445 (1982; Zbl 0502.17006)] extended the definition of Enright's completion functor to the category of highest weight modules. In this paper the author constructs the localization of this functor on the category of \(B\)-equivariant \({\mathcal D}_X\)-modules on \(X\). Using this construction, he lifts the completion functor to the mixed version of the highest weight category. As an application, he proves that the socle and the cosocle filtrations of a primitive quotient of the enveloping algebra coincide.
