Theorem: If \(u\) is a subharmonic function in a Lipschitz domain \(D\) and \(E= \{Q\in \partial D: \lim_{P\to Q} u(P)= -\infty\}\), where the point \(P\) tends to \(Q\) along nontangential ways in \(D\), then the harmonic measure \(\omega (P, E) =0\).
