We investigate the support behaviour of the Gaussian convolution semigroups, on a connected semisimple Lie group \(G\), whose carrier algebra is the subalgebra corresponding to the \(K\)-component of \(G\). Our main tool is the Siebert support formula, from which we obtain an explicit description of the supports in terms of inequalities involving certain real-valued functions on \(G\).
