A system of ordinary differential equations of \(n\)th order in the normal form is studied near a fixed point. It is supposed that it is divergence-free (it preserves the Euclidean volume), has a resonance of multiplicity \(m\) and has \(m- 2\) formal integrals in the form of power series. Then the system has an \((m- 1)\)st formal integral. Some of its properties are studied.
