The authors consider bilinear systems of the form \[ \dot x=Ax+uBx \] with \(u\in\mathbb{R}\), \(x\in\mathbb{R}^3\) as particular cases of homogeneous systems. Under certain restrictions on the structure of the matrices \(A\) and \(B\) they discuss the existence of a feedback law which asymptotically stabilizes the system. When such a feedback law exists, it turns out to be actually a constant.
