The authors consider a method to study the sensitivity of the Krylov basis and Krylov subspace to a matrix perturbation. This method includes a definition of the condition numbers for the computation of the Krylov basis and Krylov subspace. An algorithm for the computation of the condition number is devised. Also some bounds are given to ensure the accuracy of the result. Finally the method is tested by computing condition numbers for some matrices and vectors.
