The \(n\)-dimensional radially symmetric nonlinear diffusion equation of the form (1) \(\partial u/\partial t=r^{1-n}(r^{n-1}D(u)u_r)_r\) is the subject of this paper. The main purpose is to present the generalized conditional symmetry method (GCS) of the equation (1). Using the compatibility condition of the GCS and equation (1) some new exact solutions to the equation (1) in the particular case \(D(u)=u^m\) are constructed. In the conclusion received results are discussed.
