The author studies the title problem described by the equation \[ \text{div}(\mu\nabla u)+ \omega^2\rho u=- \delta(x- x_0)\delta(y- y_0), \] where \(\mu(x,y)= \alpha(x)\beta(y)\), \(\rho(x,y)=\alpha(x) \beta(y)(g(x)+ d(y))\), and \(\alpha\), \(\beta\), \(g\), \(d\) are given step functions. An explicit solution is found and its asymptotic expansion is obtained as \(\omega\to+\infty\).
