An existence and uniqueness theorem for a fuzzy Volterra equation is proved. Fuzzy notions and methods are used due to \textit{O. Kaleva} [Fuzzy Sets Syst. 24, 301-317 (1987; Zbl 0646.34019)]. The paper contains some misprints (e.g., the integral symbol in Theorem 2.2. (i) or the power symbols \(G^2\), \(G^n\) in the proof of Theorem 3.2).
