The authors' probabilistic method for the control of chaotic systems is applied to some one- and two-dimensional examples: the one-dimensional Renyi map, the logistic map and the two-dimensional baker's transformation (called by authors Baker transformation -- sic!). The method, initiated by Prigodine, consists in a probabilistic feedback coupling of the original nonlinear chaotic system with a linear controlling system.
