The authors introduce a field-fluctuation method into the secant-viscosity framework, in order to obtain the homogenized stress of the heterogeneously deformed elastic-viscoplastic matrix in an isotropic composite. Two microgeometries are considered: a reinforced one with spherical particles, and the microgeometry with randomly oriented thin discs.
