The authors prove the following result. Let \(f(z)= \sum a_i(z) e^{g_i(z)}\) where \(a_i\) and \(g_i\) are entire functions, \(g_i(z)- g_j(z) \neq\text{const.}\), \(\rho (a_i)<1\) \((\rho (a_i)\) is the order of \(a_i)\). If \(f\) has only real zeros up to a finite number, then \(f(z)= e^{g(z)} \sum a_i (z) e^{b_iz}\), \(b_i\in \mathbb{C}\). If \(f\) has only positive zeros up to finite number, then \(f(z)= a(z) e^{g(z)}\). The second proposition with \(a_i\) are polynomials is the result of A. Eremenko and L. A. Rubel (1996).
