The paper deals with quadratic stabilization and robust \(H^{\infty}\) controller design for linear uncertain systems with delayed state and control. The uncertainties are present in all system matrices and they are supposed to be structured and norm-bounded with known bounds. A static linear state feedback control is proposed. Sufficient conditions are given in terms of Riccati-type inequalities for the quadratic stability of the closed-loop system with zero disturbance input, and for the reduction of the effect of a nonzero disturbance input on the controlled output to a prescribed level \(\gamma \). The result is illustrated by an example.
