\textit{H. L. Claasen} and \textit{R. W. Goldbach} posed the question [Indag. Math., New Ser. 3, No. 1, 11-26 (1992; Zbl 0771.16009)]: ``Do there exist finite local rings with one minimal left ideal, but more then one minimal right ideal?''. The author proves that a finite local ring with one minimal left ideal is a QF-ring with one minimal right ideal, answering thereby the question in the negative.
