    A domain \(G\subset \mathbb{R}^n\) has the flexible horn property if there are \(\delta_0>0\) and \(T>0\) such that for any \(x\in G\) there exists a path \(\rho(t)= (\rho_1(t),\dots, \rho_n(t))= \rho(t,x)\), \(0\leq t\leq T\), with the following properties: (a) for all \(i\in \{a,\dots, n\}\), the \(\rho_i(u)\) are absolutely continuous on \([0,T]\) and \(| \rho_i(u)|\leq 1\) for almost all \(u\in[0,T]\); (b) \(\rho(0)=0\), \(x+\bigcup_{0\leq t\leq T} (\rho(t,x)+ t\delta_0 Q_0) \subset G\). If \(m> s> 0\), \(m\in \mathbb{N}\) and \(0< h_0\leq 1\), the notation \(B_{pq}^s(G)\), where \(1\leq p,q\leq \infty\), is used for the Banach space of locally integrable functions on \(G\) with finite norm \[ \| f| B_{pq}^s (G)\|= \| f| L_p(G)\|+ \sum_{i=1}^n \Biggl( \int_0^{h_0} \| \Delta_i^m(h,G)f \|_p^q h^{-sq} \frac{dh}{h} \Biggr)^{1/q} \] (if \(q=\infty\), then we take the \(L_\infty\)-norm instead of the \(L_q\)-norm with respect to the measure \(dh/h\); \(F_{pq}^s(G)\), where \(1<p,q< \infty\), is the Banach space of locally integrable functions on \(G\) with a convenient finite norm \[ \| f| F_{pq}^s(G)\|=\| f| L_p(G)\|+ \sum_{i=1}^n \left\| \Biggl( \int_0^{h_0} \bigl( \widetilde{\Delta}_i^m (h,G)f\bigr)^q h^{-sq} \frac{dh}{h} \Biggr)^{1/q} \right\|_p. \] The author considers domains \(G\subset \mathbb{R}^n\) with the flexible horn property and establishes sufficient conditions for extendability by zero of functions from the spaces \(B_{pq}^s(G)\) and \(F_{pq}^s(G)\) to functions from \(B_{pq}^s (\mathbb{R}^n)\) and \(F_{pq}^s (\mathbb{R}^n)\), respectively.
