Global stability and boundedness are considered for functional-differential systems described by \[ \dot x(t)=F\bigl(t,x(s); \alpha\leq s\leq t\bigr),\;t\geq t_*, \tag{1} \] where \(F\) is a functional satisfying existence and uniqueness conditions of solutions to (1). Using two families of Lyapunov functions new stability and boundedness conditions on (1) are established. These conditions are applied to some nonlinear differential systems with infinite delay. The considerations are illustrated by examples.
