In this paper the authors obtain several solutions of the vacuum Einstein equations in 5 dimensions which are spherically symmetric. A special form of the metric separable in the radial coordinate is used. Properties of the solutions with possible physical applications are discussed. The standard reduction to the 4 dimensional Einstein equations with source is also considered.
