The author considered a cycle-generating bifurcation in a system of partial differential equations of the form \[ {\partial z\over\partial t}= G(\mu, z), \] where \(z(t,x)= \text{col}(z_1(t, x),\dots, z_m(t,x))\) is an unknown \(m\)-vector function, and \(G(\mu,z)= Lz+ N_0(z, z)+ \mu N_1(z,z)+ N_2(\mu, z)\) is a nonlinear operator, with \(L\) a linear operator, \(N_0(z,z)\) and \(N_1(z,z)\) bilinear analytical \(m\)-vector functions, and \(N_2(\mu, z)= \widetilde o(\mu^2+ z^2)\). The result is the obtaining of necessary and sufficient conditions of the existence of the cycle-bifurcation.
