Longtime behavior of a branching process controlled by branching catalysts (Q1965878): Difference between revisions

The authors study long-time behaviour of a catalytic branching model (a super-Brownian motion in a super-Brownian medium), which was developed in their previous paper [J. Theor. Probab. 10, No. 1, 213-276 (1997; Zbl 0877.60030)]. The main results of the paper, like, for example, persistence and the strong law of large numbers, concern the case of dimension \(d=3\); however, some interesting results are obtained also for \(d=2\).
