For Part III see [\textit{A. A. Ramadan}, J. Fuzzy Math. 8, No. 1, 53-64 (2000; Zbl 0952.54008)]. The aim of the paper is to study convergence structure for \([0,1]\)-fuzzy, or smooth, topological spaces. As a tool for this the authors define mappings \(\text{Con}: {\mathcal N}(X)\times X\to [0,1]\) and \(\text{Cl}: {\mathcal N}(X)\times X \to [0,1]\), where \({\mathcal N}(X)\) is the class of all nets of a \([0,1]\)-fuzzy topological space \((X,\tau)\). These mappings characterize the degree to which a net \(S\in {\mathcal N}(X)\), respectively, converges and clusters to a point \(x\in X\).
