The paper is a collection of 5 lectures of the author. The first part is devoted to the question of boundary conditions in gravitational radiation theory. For the gravitational radiation a condition similar to the ``Ausstrahlungsbedingung'' of Sommerfeld is suggested. The next two parts are considering the problem of equations of motion in General Relativity. The Einstein-Infeld-Hoffmann method is critically reviewed mainly connected to the problem of gravitational radiation. In the following chapter the problem of propagation of gravitational disturbances and the question of conservation laws and symmetries are discussed. The last part considers the equations of motion for rotating test-bodies.
