    The author first shows that for stationary iterative methods for solving consistent singular linear systems the convergence and the quotient convergence are equivalent, and then analyses the convergence of the multisplitting algorithm for solving linear systems with singular coefficient matrices when the matrix is Hermitian positive semidefinite.
