One usually assumes that each subgroup of players can form and cooperate for TU games. However, it is not always the case in real world. The authors define games on matroid. In other words, they restrict the feasible coalitions by using combinatorial geometries. The \(\tau\)-value is defined on this class of games and properties of the solution concept are studied.
