Let \(f_i, g_i, (i=1,2)\) be the creation and annihilation operators. The {pairing} operator is given by \(B = cf_1g_1 +d f_2g_2 +kf_1f_2 +lg_1g_2\), with \(c,d,k,l \in \mathbb C\). In this paper, the eigenvalues and numerical ranges of pairing operators are studied.
