The author proves existence of cylindrically symmetric solutions to steady Navier-Stokes equations in bounded pipe-like three-dimensional domains with slip boundary conditions involving friction. The result is shown for arbitrary large flows across the boundary, assuming only a geometrical constraint on the shape of the domain which is independent of data. The constraint has the form of an inequality relating mean pipe curvature with the constant from Poincaré inequality. The simple connectedness of the domain is not required. The original problem is reformulated into a problem for vorticity, for which the author obtains weighted estimates in Hölder spaces. Since standard Schauder techniques are not applicable, the estimates are based on the theory of subharmonic functions and on maximum principle.
