On the basis of the Birch and Swinnerton-Dyer conjecture, \textit{R. J. Stroeker} and \textit{J. Top} [Rocky Mt. J. Math. 24, No. 3, 1135--1161 (1994; Zbl 0810.11038)] found the rank of the elliptic curve in the title is \(1\) if \(p\equiv 7\text{\,mod\,}8\). One of the special features of the curve is that it is a twist of an elliptic curve \(E\) with conductor \(128\). In this note, by computing the images of some Heegner points under a modular parameterization \(X_0(128)\to E\), the author finds a rational point of infinite order when \(p= 983\) (resp. \(p= 3167\)).
