Regular projectively Anosov flows with compact leaves. (Q1890163): Difference between revisions

The author gives a classification of regular projectively Anosov flows on a Seifert manifold in the case when the stable or unstable foliation of the flow contains a compact leaf. This result is a generalization of the earlier result by the author [Ann. Inst. Fourier 50, No. 5, 1617--1647 (2000; Zbl 1023.37014)] concerning \(T^2\)-bundles over \(S^1\). On the other hand it completes the classification on Seifert manifolds which was given by T. Tsuboi (preprint) in the case when the foliations of the flow do not contain compact leaves.
