Let \(X\) be a Banach space possessing a sequence \(R_n: X \to X\) of bounded linear operators of finite rank, point-wise converging to the identity and such that \(R_nR_m = R_n\) for all \(n < m\). Let also \(R_n - R_{n-1}\) factorize uniformly through some \(l_p\) and suppose that there is a \(\lambda > 0\) such that for arbitrary linear operators \(U_n: X \to X\) and for any sequence \({k_n}\) of distinct indices, \[ \left\| \sum_n (R_{k_n} - R_{k_n-1})U_n (R_n - R_{n-1})x\right\| \leq \lambda \| x\| \] for all \(x \in X.\) It is proven that under these conditions \(X\) has an unconditional basis. This result is applied to subspaces of \(L_1\) spanned by subsequences of the trigonometrical system, in particular to the classical Hardy space \(H_1.\)
