The main result of the paper is a complete local classification of relative normalized hypersurfaces in \(\mathbb{R}^{n+1}\) (in case \(n= 2,3\)) with parallel shape operator (with respect to the connection induced by the relative normal). It is shown that a surface of this type has to be a relative sphere or a certain ruled surface.
