For the Stokes problem this paper contains an analysis of the dependence of the Ladyzhenskaya-Babuška-Brezzi (LBB) constant on the aspect ratio of the domain. For the related eigenvalue problem for the Schur complement, the paper also gives estimates of the number of small eigenvalues.
