A Fedosov structure on a even dimensional manifold is a pair \((\omega, \nabla )\) with \(\omega \) a symplectic structure and \(\nabla \) a compatible connection, i.e., \(\nabla \omega =0\). The space of germs of Fedosov structures at a point is studied under the action of the group of origin-preserving diffeomorphisms. The dimensions of moduli spaces of \(k\)-jets of generic structures are computed and then, the Poincaré series of the moduli space is obtained as a rational function.
