For a proper subgroup \(H\) of a group \(G\), an element \(a\in G\) is said to be an \(H\)-Frobenius element if every subgroup \(\langle a,a^g\rangle\) where \(g\in G\setminus H\) is a Frobenius group with a complement containing \(a\). The author proves that if a group \(G\) contains an \(H\)-Frobenius element of order 4 for a proper subgroup \(H<G\) then \(G\) is a semi-direct product of some normal periodic Abelian subgroup \(F\) and the subgroup \(H\).
