    Let a matrix function \(H=(h_{ij}(t))\quad(i,j=1,2)\) be defined on an interval I, \(H(t)=H^*(t)\geq 0\quad for\quad t\in I.\) Next let X be a linear space of vector functions \(f:t\to f(t)=(f_ 1(t),f_ 2(t))^ T(\in C^ 2),\) such that \(\| f\|:=\int_{I}f^*(t)H(t)f(t)dt<\infty.\) X is a quasi-Hilbert space with respect to the half-norm \(\| \cdot \|\). The article gives an effective description of a set \(G\subset X\) of vector functions decomposable in the metric of the space X according to the solution of the differential equation \[ Jdx/dt=\lambda H(t)x, \] where \(J=\left( \begin{matrix} 0\quad -1\\ 1\quad 0\end{matrix} \right)\) and \(\lambda \in C\).
