    The author describes the principles of solution of his well-known algorithm for the conservation equation for compressible flow. The time- dependent solution is substantially accelerated by introducing multiple grids. Applications of the solution are demonstrated for the NACA 0012 profile. The possibility of vectorization is indicated.
