The author continues the work begun in ibid. 6, 134-157 (1983; review above). An explicit form of the kernels S(\(\cdot,\cdot)\) and E(\(\cdot,\cdot)\) is given. He also proves that the operator T, and hence S, are similar to an analytic function of the unilateral shift.
