Unitarity of wave operators for the Schrödinger operators with time- dependent external electromagnetic field decaying asymptotically in space and time is proved. It represented some extension of previous results to include strong local singularities in electromagnetic field and uses a technique of uniform bounds for energy expectation values of semibound, time-dependent Hamiltonian. The results are applied to analyse the concept of photoionisation probability and its relations with geometrically characterized bound and scattering states.
