The author gives a criterion for determining whether a convex tiling C of \({\mathbb{R}}^ d\) is the projection of the set of faces of some polyhedron P in \({\mathbb{R}}^{d+1}\). The criterion is constructive, in that, if P exists, it can be reconstructed from P. Various related notions are also discussed in the paper.
