In 1976 Domanov has proved that a semigroup algebra over a field of an inverse semigroup S is semiprimitive provided so are group algebras of all maximal subgroups of S. The converse is false, as has been shown by some authors. The reviewer posed the question of whether the converse of Domanov's theorem holds for bisimple inverse semigroups. In the present paper two examples are constructed which give a negative answer to that question.
