A tensor \(L_{abc}\) which has the symmetries: \(L_{abc}+L_{bac}=0\) and \(L_{abc}+L_{bca}+L_{cab}=0\) and from which the Weyl conformal tensor can be obtained is called a Lanczos potential. The authors present some algorithms to find the explicit form of the Lanczos potential in an arbitrary geometry.
