The purpose of this note is to prove some new results on nonmetrizable absolute extensors in dimension 0, AE(0)-spaces, which were introduced by the author in his earlier paper [\textit{A. Ch. Chigogidze}, Dokl. Akad. Nauk SSSR 278, No.1, 50-53 (1984; Zbl 0596.54012)]. All results are stated in the category of Tikhonov spaces and continuous maps between them. Theorem 1. Let Y be an arbitrary subset of the AE(0)-space X. Then Y is a Baire subset of X if and only if Y is a Borel subset of X and the subspaces Y and X-Y are \({\mathbb{R}}\)-compact. Theorem 3. Any nonmetrizable AE(0)-space contains a topological copy of the Cantor cube \(D^{\omega_ 1}\).
