The author discusses several lattice-theoretical problems which originate in the theory of fuzzy sets and in fuzzy topology. Thus, e.g., Theorem 1.7 states that a complete lattice L is isomorphic to a product of complete chains if and only if (a) L is completely distributive, and (b) the comparability relation is transitive on the set of all nonzero join- irreducible elements of L. Other results are too technical to be reproduced here.
