A stationary process, referred to as geometric logistic process is defined. This is achieved mainly by using the following property: If \(X_ 1,X_ 2,...,X_ N\) is a random sample of a logistic (\(\mu\),\(\sigma)\) random variable, where N is a geometric random variable, then Min \(X_ i\) are again random variables. Along with this new process having logistic marginals, some closely related Pareto and exponential processes are introduced and discussed.
