This paper continues the article reviewed above (see Zbl 0679.18005). It gives a second equivalence between the category of simplicial T-groupoids whose complex of objects is constant and now the category of T-complexes (a T-complex being a Kan complex where the horn fillers are functional). The loop functor constructed here is inverse to an Eilenberg-MacLane classifying complex functor \(\bar W\) which is a restriction of a Duskin generalization of the classical one defined for simplicial groups. Then one has also a simplicial characterization of multiple groupoid structure.
